How many minutes a day do you spend carrying your baby from room to room? Those minutes add up, so let’s make it count! See above picture for one way to get some tummy time in while traveling between rooms! This is good for little ones who do not tolerate lots of tummy time at once. And bonus- you’ll get a bicep workout! Tip- the more horizontal your baby is, the harder they have to work. The more vertical, the easier!
